I've come to the sickening realization that my (granted small) collection is severely lacking any hide or hair of evil. So I want to see some cool toys that would mind being caught stealing candy from babies.

Pretty nice. The shoulder articulation is lacking as you might expect from the sculpt and not sure if it's the same with them all but mine has a trouble holding his sword tightly but I imagine that could be fixed pretty easily. He also seems a bit back heavy from the scarf parts on his back.
If he is going pretty cheap, I would have said he was worth it. I got both Nasca Dopants pretty cheap and not really regretted either. They look great as a duo.
Got the Weather one too but I've never got around to getting him out of the box.

Figuarts has quite a bit (any of the KR villain lines eg. Zodiarts, Warz Gill, Juuzo...). Likewise with Ultra-act, but most of them (especially the good ones) have gone up in price.
Figuarts Kasumi is very good for the price (1500y, well-made figure). I'd also recommend Akuma Shogun from the Figuarts Kinnikuman line.
