If he can't afford fire insurance it begs all kinds of questions how he even got the store up and running in the first place because Fire Insurance in most states is either a one time lump sum or monthly payments at hundred dollar or less range, and if the store is in LA I can tell you it's one of the cheaper places to have fire insurance
