Okay, third attempt at this, hoping third time's the charm.

Hello /toy/, I come to you a broken and lost man, trying to find a piece of his childhood lost so many years ago to a yard sale.

Its a set of 5 figures (might have been more, but I only knew of 5), maybe 8 or 9 inches tall, in a sort of power rangers/kamen rider/super sentai sort of style.

They all had removable chest, back, elbow, hip, crotch and skidplate armor, some had more bits than others (Blue had removable ears, while the Green had what looked like pneumatic levers on his calves).

There was a Red, Blue, Black, Green and White figure. Red looked a little like Ultraman with a bad sunburn, the Blue was very aqualine, almost like he'd be a water guy, Black had a buzz saw and giant round POLICE shields on his shoulders, Green was angular and bulky, with what amounted to a modular shotgun accessory. While White was the most kit heavy, with holsterable mini-pistols, a removable facemask, and big f***-off gun that connected to a jet-pack sort of thing to make it an even bigger BFG.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of the toyline, or the manufacturer, or anything really. The name F.O.R.C.E. rings a bell, but I don't think that was it, because Google, Amazon and Ebay only show me Star Wars toys.

I really hope someone here knows what I'm talking about, as I kinda want these figures again, but its real hard to find without a name.

In the meantime, pic unrelated, but I have to post something...

HOLY HELL I FINALLY FOUND THEM!! ZAP Power Police Force from Toho/Takara!

Good for you, anon. Those guys look cool, btw.

Know exactly what you're talking about. They've come up more than once with people hoping to get them identified many times over the years. The problem is the name is so generic that almost everyone forgets it: Z.A.P. Power Force. They were originally made by Takara and were from the Toho TV series Cybercop, but the original fiction and the show never made the jump, just the toys.

Have fun!

...son of a bitch.

Well, you got your answers either way, and that's what matters.

These things were pretty cool. Me and my brother each had one. I had the blue guy, "Spectron." My only complaint was they didn't scale with anything I had.
