Favorite Hotwheels car?
The one I "convinced" you to let me have in the third grade.
Sometimes the ones that don't have actual wheels can be pretty good.
The ones that let me play with minifigures

This. Still looking for Grass Chomper.

Waiting for the hot wheels racing color will be worth it.
This one

As a kid: I think it was a corvette, purple if im not mistaken.
Adult life: this boba fett one.
I had a yellow Hot Wheels car in the 90s that had a water gimmick. Pretty sure it would change color but the engine would also pop up or lower (it was a black piece with a flat top) depending on the water temperature?
It looked alot like the pic I'm posting, but I think it was straight yellow minus the black engine piece? Does anyone know which one it was?

I mean it was straight yellow WITH a bkack engine piece
>>5556734
Probably this one.

I second this, and anything from world race.

This brootal basterd right the fuck here.
>try to find this car on Google

>tfw "The Ugliest Car in the World Thread - Page 4"

There's this years Pedal Driver, too.

I had one of these in blue and neon yellow as a kid, I loved it.
from the hotwheels brand?
Pic related when my brother gave me one.
But i was always more of a Matchbox superfast and majorette kinda guy. Dem superior suspensions.
Something very nostalgic about the look of that old digital printing.
This thing is ridiculous and stupid and gaudy as fuck. Being mostly plastic is a drawback, but it helps it roll on the wheelie bar.
I love it. I've made sure to pick up every variation since the first release. The fuck is wrong with me?
this

damn, I forgot about that one

>Maelstorm
I have one that has light blue flake paint, along with a circuit-board style design on the front half. One of my favorite models in my collection
My father and I worked on a pair of these. He collected 1/18th scale and I have a small collection of hot wheels. Mostly antiques by today's standards
>>5557536
What line were these part of?
I remember these weird looking hot wheels cars popping up in early 2000. There was also an online racing game that coincided with them.

The new one that's coming out soon in gold is pretty nice.

Hot Wheels 35 World Race.

When did they make an orange one? One of the few I get every variant I see.
>>5564002
They were part of Hot Wheels' 35th. anniversary.

The Evil Twin has been my favorite since I was a kid.

Nigga knoes it!
A few favorites from my collection

Whatever happened to these realistic work vehicles in the line? Mattel just shunt that segment over to Matchbox?

I was such a sucker for sci-fi designs as a kid.
I had a whole sci-fi, sort of Speed Racer/Death Race world thought up for a bunch of cars I had. (Basically Redline before Redline existed,) complete with stories for all the drivers and stuff. I should dig up those cars and get them all together again.
I haven't had any since I was a kid, but I remember loving pic related. It was one of the McDonalds Hotwheels cars from 2004, so it's got some interior lighting.
Damn, this thread's gotten me a bit nostalgic for Hotwheels now, might have a look if theres any when I go shopping tomorrow.
