Its about time to call Jeff.
I think all the old DC Direct toys will just eventually deteriorate with broken joints. I've had at least three break in the shoulder & arm areas; another two in the ankle & knee joints; and one at the neck joint. It probably has something to do with DCD using clear plastic for their joints.
I'd love a permanent fix to this, instead of super-gluing them back so they eventually end up as statues or paying out the ass for a new one, only for it to happen all over again.

DC Direct also made Ratchet and Clank toys. My Qwark's left arm broke off even though ive played with it like 3 times. he's 1/4 a statue now, and never really cared to pursue the rest. I really was hoping the upcoming movie would announce toys, but no luck.

The best thing you can do now is to glue that shoulder where the arm is missing to another figures ass, so it looks like he's shoulder deep in it.

Wonder if you could use a pin vise and small drill bit to drill into, then extract the remains of broken peg in arm. Then drill hole in shoulder peg, and use a cut off piece of appropriate sized metal rod to join the two pieces, then glue together.
