Anyone that can confirm that this will somewhat fit in a Detolf? Thinking of picking one up and removing one glass plane in a Detolf in order to get the height right but unsure about the width.
Anyone got one for precise measures or even a detolf to try?
Also thinking of spraying the inside of the windshield with black paint to get a better look.

I remember having this set around 2005 (might have been an older one cause I can't remember it coming with any minifigs aside from Boba Fett), it should definitely fit in a Detolf lying flat, though it will probably have to go in at a similar angle as the one in your pic.

Don't do that. Glass isn't black, you're supposed to see through it.

This is a much bigger set then the one you are thinking of. Its the latest one.
And the glass has a black tint to it in the movies, its not clear. :)

If it's bigger than the one I had then I doubt it would fit in a Detolf.
