Could somebody who has this guy tell me if its good or not?
I have the olive drab version, yes it's good. It's around 4.9" tall and is like a giant compared to certain 1/18th figures, but not 100% unrealistic like a roided up bodybuilder eating HGH biscuits.

What makes Olive Drab better than the other version?

Better paint app gives it a more detailed and washed look

Some prefer the GROM to the recoilless rifle
I have the Camo version.
And as much as I love the fuck out of it, the lack of washing and light green webbing are a poor design choice.
The Olive drab is a better end finish.
In terms of play, he's real fun. A good buy.

It has just as much parts, paints and accessories as most Revo (even more for accessories) so stop complaining. Size is not relative to price anyways.
That said I wish they stuck with the original plan and kept them about 50% of the full size Revos by keeping accessories and paints to a minimal, utilizing the colour of the PVC and not be painted 95%. They went with full package better quality figure route and that seem to be the final blow to ending the series.

It's weird. Feels more like something Kaiyodo would have made back in 2000 than a modern figure. The only actual revojoints are in the wrist, everything else is asymmetrical cuts and swivels.
It's reasonable quality and there's an almost perverse pleasure to be had in seeing just what you can achieve with it pose-wise, but really it's only worth it if you can a) find it cheap, and b) want all the weapons it comes with for Snake.
Overall a very odd release.

I really hope the line's not dead. There's something oddly pleasing about roughly GI Joe-sized Metal Gear figures. Feels like a good format for a series with so many characters.

I'd be very disappointed. They're really the only series that I collect. There are so many characters that I would buy.
I guess I should have bought the Russian soldier then, but he's just so shitty and not iconic and expensive. Anybody else would have been a better choice, even goons from the other games.
