I've been doing the MOTU sub since 2009, along with the DC subs and such and never had a single problem with them. Only minor gripe I have was this year I goofed when putting in my address for my subs and was paying shipping for both MOTU subs instead of them shipping combined and didnt realize my mistake until October. Its super easy to change your credit card and shipping address now compared to how it used to be year ago.
