Reissues are the exception rather than the norm in this industry - the only reason the Zelda shit gets reissued so often is because American distributors keep approaching Max Factory about it. If I were you, I'd just start prowling Mandarake for them, because you could be waiting years.
As for more Cobra figures, I hate to say it, but I don't see it happening. I mean, MF is usually content to just make a single character for series that aren't massive flavors-of-the-month - the fact that we got three Cobra figures is pretty impressive in that sense. If we were getting more, they would've said something by now.
