Growing up in the 90's there was sort of a Voltron resurgence. Trendmasters got the license and went fucking nuts with it. In addition to a rerelease of the classic Popy Voltron, aong witht he new and terrible looking Stealth Voltron, and the pretty interesting Dinosaur and Dragon Voltron.

I had none of those. Instead, I had this crazy Bootleg of Panosh Place Voltron. Piloted by Ultramen. It was fragile as hell and broke pretty fast, but damn if the cockpit gimmick wasn't cool. Makes me want that absurdly priced Mattel version.

That motherfucker looks menacing.

All that does is remind me of that one Robot Chicken sketch where it takes hours for Vehicle Voltron hours to combine.

15 vehicles of menacing.

Voltron had the greatest intro of any cartoon, ever.

I had a small, mostly unarticulated version of him when I was young.

I still have my Godaikin that I bought from F.A.O. Schwarz in the 80's. He fell off a shelf many years ago but was easy to fix. Best GoLion ever.
