Probably any of the Ultimate Collectors sets, like Death Star or Imperial Star Destroyer. Best one in recent years is this General Grievous imo. However, my favorite is either the Clone Turbo Tank or Anakin's Custom Starfighter (those minifigures man).

Aside from the lack of cockpit space
This is my favorite. I usually don't like Lego Models that much, they end up looking too Toy-ish to display for me. But this one looks pretty badass. I think the simple color scheme, compared to say the x-wing, helps. I also like the medium size and the Inquisitor is a cool Mini-fig.

Same here, I picked it up yesterday after a lot of deliberation about which SW FA sets I actually liked, and I am pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. All the Imperial stuff is so blocky but I actually really like it.
The wheel assembly on the bottom to emulate the hover effect is kickass, too.

Exactly. It's an amazing set (every UCS set is), but it's my opinion (not a fact) that to actually win the title of "best SW set," it should be a more affordable non-UCS set. Just my US $0.02.
