How did you overcome Gurren Lagann's thunder thighs? Any poses that he actually looks good in?
I overcame if by not getting it because those thighs and massive fucking knees were retarded.

bend the knees and pose him like how he's about to giga drill break. I think that's what that figure's going for cos his lower body is incorrect from the source

Use some of its accessories and try get it airborn, otherwise, any dynamic poses with its legs bent usually helps. You could also try to see past it since it's a really solid figure.Just don't leave it standing (mostly) static like OP.

The thighs are fine, it's just the kneepads that are huge. It looks weird if you just stand it straight up like that, but in pretty much any dynamic pose it looks great. I wouldn't let the knees stop you anyway, I took a chance on it and it's one of my favorite toys ever. The articulation is truly spectacular and the sculpt is crisp.
