There is a half-completed Fan Translation that was started and got about halfway done before being abandoned. It looked pretty decent, like a cross between 3rd edition Shadowun and Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay.

It's a joke mostly, in anima there is a feat that gives you some monster powers (your choosing) at 1 LA (which in anima is HUGE).
There is another feat, that's optional and the DM may allow you to use it on current day campaigns, namely it's not available for players at all, which gives the same, but more point and no LA.
