Haven (and its ilk for other WoD games) is a purchasable background perk for your character in Vampire, denoting you have a safe haven or a base of sorts. You can purchase it at different levels, from one dot to five dots. The less dots you have, the less you have.

Kind of? I mean, Fate is all about foretelling, avoiding, changing, or creating new advantages. Although even just mechanically it's one of the better arcana, though hopefully some of it's ridiculousness will be toned down by the time the final final version of Mage 2e comes out.

I like this, but it always triggers my autism a little bit that the player would just say "I succeed". That's not how any of this works. If they wanted to save the lines of the back and forth, "I got a 24" "You succeed" they could've at least had the GM call out the number he needed to beat.

A lot of people do that, though. Even if it's bad form, I've seen plenty of people just say "I get enough" when they know for a fact it's going to be enough.
That being said, probably not something to include even in a humorous play example.

Brother receive small car toy that spins in a random way when you turn on.
After some months we break those 2 toys.

I receive the toy car (fixed obviouly)
And my brother receives the fixed pistol.

Then, next Christmas, you go to open presents. You unwrap your toy gun. Your brother unwraps his car. You turn to look at your dad, who is sitting there with the smuggest look imaginable, acting like he's done you a favor.

>That seems awesome and totally dickish to do.
Exactly.
The problem is, the prices in fami-res are way too high for an ordinary student/NEET to actually order anything besides drinks.
I'm actually serious, there are a few aspiring mangakas I know, they actually draw their shit right in the restaurant, ordering nothing but drinks, then go home when they're done for the day and eat a bunch of their 100-yen instant ramen there.
Some homeless people live months in the internet-cafe etc. Japan is fucking crazy in that regard. Anti-cafe isn't that unique of a concept, why didn't it pop up in the country where everyone is starved for personal space? I don't fucking know.

I'm from the wrong side of former Berlin Wall. And our culture sees it differently. It's a natural reflex to hammer at something, so it is definitely a matter of experience in a fight. You actually have to know to twist your punch so as to impart more force.

Suicide Black is deck archetype that kills opponent real fast at the cost of doing lot of damage to itself.
>>48198177
You guess correctly. Black is one of MtG's five colors, the one with perhaps the greatest extents of power plays, however, their strongest material comes at a cost, usually in the form of life. So shredding yourself for enough power to win before you die is dubbed "suicide black".
>>48198177
Magic has a lot of cards (mostly in Black) that bring you closer to losing in exchange for harming yourself (usually with damage or delayed "lose the game" effects).
There's a deck archetype called Suicide Black where you run as much of that sort of thing as remotely feasible.

Shoo bee dew. shoo shoo bee dew. Sounds familiar but I can't remember the source
>>48196919
Thats pretty retarded.
A. Fire and rescue stay AWAY from the center of forest fires you dumbass. unless they KNOW they can somehow get a firetruck up there or have a plane or chopper get some water up there in enough capacity to snuff it out the best bet is to go quite some distance away, possible a mile, and cut down a line of trees to make a field the fire can't cross to stop its spread.
B. Assuming you actually started a forest fire that was big enough to be even noticed you'd be dead by the time it was seen as at that point its several hundred yards across and growing. It will grow at a rate faster than you can sprint and you don't have oxygen gear or protective clothing.
You're basically committing the most painful suicide that we know of.
>>48198434
But are you acute?
>>48197800
>>48197891
But can you do that on a Mobile?
>>48198559
Of course I am.That's why I was trained to be a bedroom slave instead of being given general training. It made me a more expensive slave. My master is well off because he has an eye for slaves who will turn out cute and take to their training well, and that eye for slaves is how he picked me up cheap and why he had me trained for pleasure.
>>48198522
You don't just start a fire and stand still.
You start a fire and begin walking out just ahead of the spreading flames.
>It will grow at a rate faster than you can sprint
Nigga you have no idea what you're talking about. Forest fires usually cap out at 7 MPH. That's average running speed and nothing compared to sprinting speed.
Admittedly, you need to be in fairly fit shape to run for more than 2 hours straight, but run upwind and the fire probably won't manage that kind of spreading speed and could be outran by a leisurely walk.
Now, a wildfire in dry grasslands is another story entirely where a flame can move twice as quickly, reaching 15 MPH. Athletes can sprint faster than that, but your average person can't.
>>48198667
>You gonna get taken home.jpg

The whole point of the fire is to get rid of something you can't physically leave.

Its actually 12.5mph for average FOREST fire speed. The density of fuel once the fire starts going facilitates it's spread speed.
That's another thing: you won't be able to just start a fire and walk away.
Sure it will burn a bit but it won't become a roaring forest fire like you want, you're going to have to sit there and feed it and make sure at least 5 trees go up to make sure its established otherwise you've fucked it all up.

>>48198974
It is unless it's an insanely dry season or you did it in grass rather than an actual forest.
A good example would be look at the scenario of the Blair Witch project: everythings damp looking and there's no foliage.
They'd have had to sit their asses down, collected as much dry wood as possible, placed them all in a dense patch of tree's, somehow lit it, then maintained it long enough to keep that shit going on its own. All while somehow keeping it fed to maintain heat and hoping it'd somehow spread to the thin ass foliageless forest they're in.
If you don't believe me google or youtube forestry fire classes. They actually have rangers go in and set controlled fires which basically amounts to bringing in as much dry wood as you could get your hands on and hoping to god filling an entire 300 foot wide bit of forest floor with oil soaked tinder will actually get the job done otherwise you'll have to come back and try again tomorrow. It really is hard to do even with proper equipment designed for it.

>>48199471
Yes. The joke is that the admins made it mildly inconvenient to log in to the site, which means that some retards always complain that they can't figure it out.

Also when you have tens of thousands of idiot hikers and campers flicking matches and cigarette butts into the underbrush every year you get the one in a million perfect storm of fire ignition conditions sooner or later. But most of those stories, once you get to the details, tend to be campfires that got out of control/didn't get smothered properly.

The source is from a board in which no other board is bidden to speak of. Such, it is forbidden.

Loli/shota guro rape scat etc.?

How is it illegal if it's only drawings?
>>48199758
It's illegal in some countries and states.
Shitty ones.
>>48199758
Like i said i haven't been on in forever but last time i checked it wasn't just drawings. Or it was the kind of drawings with illegal links in them.
>>48199780
Oh, gotcha. Well, that's one mystery solved. Now I finally know what the hell sadpanda is.
>>48198675
>You don't just start a fire and stand still.
The whole point is they're forced to walk in circles by a spoopy ghost curse. It doesn't matter if you stand still or not, you're stuck at the epicenter of that shit.
>>48199780
No, it's just drawings these days. I don't follow the links, however, so I can't vouch for those.
>>48199751I'm sure there's girls like this too. I just wouldn't expect to find them around here. But hey, as long as they are cute...
>>48199460That's true. But when you're bad before the whole thing even started... there's a risk it might not. And I'm genuinely a little worried putting up contact info now considering the present company.
>>48197542
Oh no
>>48199758
In 'straya you can't have girl in pron unless she has at least C-cups. Anything less is "supporting pedophilia". No wonder they shitpost so much.

It's a sexier version of the usual

vicious cycle. Even to the point that unpaid internship is still and option.

Yeah! Just construct firebreaks with your bare hands, in the middle of a magic forest, while a witch hunts you. Then wait for it all to burn down, and pray that this doesn't do something like 'reduce the amount of forest but not destroy the curse, just trapping you in a smaller section of magic forest, though size doesn't matter because you can't leave anyways.' Easy peasy.

Dear Christ that's good.

They also can't legally piss standing up in public restrooms.
Well, they can for urinals. Not for stalls, though.

It keeps changing hands. The easiest way is to just check the list 4chanX uses, because they update it regularly.
