My favorite one ever was a big airship, disguised as an advertisement blimp (like the Goodyear ones) that perpetually hovered around the city hiding in plain sight.
Our current one though is a yacht belonging to the leader of the villain team but I know for sure it's going to get wrecked at some point and we need a better base.
