One time when I was a wee lad (like 25) my older brother was DMing a game of D&D for my friends and I, and I couldn't roll for shit. The dice hated me that day and I failed literally every single d20 roll.
So I decided to "try a different die" and pulled out a d20 that was bright orange with shitty gold painted numbers, it was impossible to read from any distance but up close.
Suddenly, I couldn't roll below a 15... because I decided to act like a cheating faggot and lied about my rolls.
Honestly? It kind of ruined the fun, so I haven't done anything like that since.
