Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread
I'll start: in D&D 5e, how do I determine how many spells I can know as a cleric? I know that your number of PREPARED spells possible is your Wisdom modifier + char level, but what about my limitation of what I can know from LVL 1 and up? I'm not a wizard so I have no spellbook. I don't understand.

You pretty much know and can prepare any/all of them.
Yes, it's as retarded as it sounds. Maybe it's because they're less "spells" and more that you're asking your god for a favor?

Clerics don't have the same limitation as wizards in that regard. When clerics are preparing spells, they may choose any spells from the cleric spell list, so long as they are spells of a level which they have spell slots for.

What kept you from asking this in the /5eg/, OP?

I didn't read the catalog closely enough.
Plus in Shadowrun what is the EDGE stat? What would it be used for?

It's a measure of raw luck.
Spend edge points to reroll, and a handful of other similar things.
Any one know cool stuff for illusionists to do in 5e DND?
What are some magic items you really liked?
I have a item I saw somewhere called Jesters Chance, where if I liked a pun, the wielder did an extra 2d6 damage, but if the pun sucked they took 2d6 damage.
Opinion on "Plot Points"?

Similar thing to Fate Points except the Edge is more granular currency (you have more of them but you're getting less help per point)

Every time I consider checking out a post-AD&D version, I see some stupid shit like this. I know people may disagree, but it's cool when you meet another cleric and they teach you a new prayer that you can use to rain fire on your enemies.

Are there other "anything goes" spell know-hows for other classes or is it just clerics?

Nigga, there's QTDDTOT, and then there's "I didn't even glance at the fucking book, please to be spoonfeeding me"
SR4A 74, 75. Or if you're using the newest edition, SR5 56.
Fucking children, I swear...

I only read the Quick-Start rules on the website. I didn't yet actually buy anything because I don't see any games I can join or play with who may be interested. As such I'm less inclined to get into it.

>buy
No one on /tg/ buys anything.

Is anyone else pumped for Storm King to come out?
I really want more lore on Giants and their pantheon.

Giants have religion? This is news to me!
