Dragons can shapeshift, so I imagine it could turn into a dragongirl if it wanted.
For size, I'd imagine it's smaller than other chromatic dragons on average, but still a similar scale.
For hoards, jewelry, rare fabrics, and fancy clothing would catch its eye. Keeping other creatures as 'pets' would be big as well, so fancy furnishings for them would be key.

Story-planning anon again. I was actually thinking of a bit where the MC decides his dragon needs a bath (silver scales are now much, much duller and dustier than they used to be). While grabbing her, she manages to get some of his fingers in her mouth; he pauses her advance by holding his other fingers away (her snout gets to about his palm, but his thumb and pinkie are hooked against the sides of her mouth). I haven't quite worked out what deal he makes with her to get her to let him wash her; letting her hold his fingers as he does it seems a bit weak, giving her anything more than that is foolhardy, since she can probably eat the rest of him once given an arm.

Well, there's a lot of different ways they'd do it, and I think the power of their breathe weapon is dependent on age.
Wyrmlings, you just get a bubblebath that slightly changes features to more masculine/feminine unless you bathe in it frequently, along with a minor suggestion effect to not hurt the wyrmling.
Young dragons, you'd probably find it as a temporary change effect for a few hours or a day, unless applied repeatedly over a longer period, as well as a more standard charm effect to go with it.
Adults would be a full, permanant swap, along with a stronger charm effect, but still a temporary one.
Ancients would also be a permanant swap, but have a more complete geas style effect that can more fully alter someone's mind more permanently.
