Is it possible for an outside influence to affect a ship in warp travel? Veering its path or outright pulling it out mid jump.

Has this ever been done in 40k?

in one Comissar Cain book Orks had weirdboyz in warp waiting for imperial ships and pulled them out of warp.

Yes.

Tzeentch told Magnus that he can destroy the Space Wolves ships or scatter them, if Magnus asked him to do it. Magnus refused Tzeentch's offer, unwisely.

Also it's speculated by the Eldar that Slaanesh protected and guided the Kraken splinter fleet while within the warp and then threw it out above Valdor.

I can imagine a way or two.

First, which is a bit of cheating: Vortex bombs. Muddles up realspace and warp locally.

Second: pull an Alderaan event and blow up a planet, with enough time to instill extreme emotions in every inhabitant and create a localized storm in the warp.

Both variants are pretty much shooting the blue, though.

Asking a warp god to do it for you is not quite in line with the spirit of the question, I fear, since it's a warp-born entity and not something from realspace.

Why would Slaanesh do that?

The Eldar of Iyanden cast a splinter fleet of Kraken into the Warp during their war with the Hive Fleet.

The splinter fleet appeared years later, when Warp rift inexplicably opened and spit the splinter into the Valedor system above the maiden world of Dûriel.

During the Eldar resulting war between an alliance of Eldar and the Tyranids, Slaanesh xirself descended on the planet. Xhi slapped the Hivemind aside and started drinking in the souls of dead and dying Eldar.

The unlikely circumstances that made all of this happened was reasoned by the Eldar to the manipulation of the Great Enemy.

In the Hadex Anomaly area there's a guy who's basically its avatar. He and his twisted Navigators use the Anomaly rather than the Astronomicon to get around and they believe they'll have the power when the beacon winks out for good rather than the occasional flicker. Anyway, they fly around Kokabiel's drop whenever they feel like it with scarily precise ease thanks to their attachment and use of the Anomaly, they enter the warp on one side of the system and exit on the other half a second later zero timeskip involved, and pull over ships. When they pull over ships they'll ask for odd shit like a terratonne of bilge water or wasted mactobatteries and other useless crap, standing orders are transactions with Kokabiel is strongly discouraged. If you refuse its a 50/50 if he'll just blow you up or let you wander. Both are death as if he lets you wander he somehow controls realspace through the warp and the warp in general in the local are to slowly but surely lead you in a spiral that terminates with you and your damned crew flying straight into the Anomaly. This just adds you to the collection of ships and wrecks constantly stuck in time around the Anomaly to suffer for eternity as it keeps rewinding, fastforwarding, slowmoing, and pausing your existence all at once in the most painful/horrifying experience you could imagine. you might also exist in multiple instances where you're also sitting on the edge of the anomaly about to plunge in, plunging into the anomaly, and inside of the anomaly all at once since its a giant rip in space time that not only sucks in but shoots out random bits of
Timespace possibly from other dimensions/universe.

Tl;dr some guy is a living avatar of the weirdest warpstorm so far and he can will realspace and warpspace to lead you on a trip to hell's version of hell.

i thought the tyranids used some weird gravity anchor thing to travel, not the warp

DoW 2 had eldar blocking imperial ships from enetring realspace, so there's that.
