If that's the case, why don't they just dedicate their Damocles to dropping that damned Orbital Strike on it. Shit's strong enough to wipe out four Russ Tanks, a Regimental HQ, AND a bolter turret all in one go, should be able to drop the Monolith, or at least put a hurting on it.
