Thanks! Everything about that song spells apocalypse to me. The way it builds slowly with impending doom, the almost war-like drums, the frantic melody over the progressing bass, the anger (and fear?) in the vocals, and of course the title line "All we love, we leave behind."
A perfect representation of the Shadows in the Warp descending on a planet, then a Tyranid bioship entering the atmosphere while genestealers explode from the populace and all on the world is reduced to biomass, instincts of everyone kicks in as people lose their homes and families, leave each other behind to save their own skins.
The song and the fluff both gave me chills, and I thought they worked well together.
