Wasn't someone trying to translate this? Whatever happened to that?Japanese TRPG thread.

They noticed how shitty japanese trpgs are and moved on to Pathfinder, a real trpg.
No clue, but I've been itching to read it ever since I heard about it through Quick Start!

There's a work in progress (see pdf attached).

Oh shit, my hero. Truck on, brave soul.

I only wish my Japanese were better.
I'm going to start taking lessons when I go back to Korea for a teaching gig (I like going to Japan, but I'm not sure I'd like to live and work there. Korea's good enough. Low-rent Japan, basically.)
While I'm there, I'm going to purchase a bunch of these JRPG's from Amazon.jp and take a crack at reading them.
Why don't we pool our money and hire a translation professional?

It would be wiser for us to seek FEAR's permission to translate it then start up a kickstarter or some other crowd sourcing project.

Shilling our chatroom because why not. Found some nice games there.
So, my player has expressed interest in a non-violent game. Not necessarily a game without threat of violence or outright failure or death, but a game where most of the problems are solved through non-violent means.
What can you tell me about Ryuutama?
