As soon as Control Magic was spoiled on the first day I knew they weren't going to have enough cards worth mentioning. I think it's official: we're in a "power slump", kinda like how we got Kamigawa after Mirrodin. Except, because the creep occurred over Alara all the way to Return to Ravnica, the corresponding power slump will be just as gradual and stretched over time.
