My friends and I would like to run a campaign based on players in a VR mmorpg world, sort of like .hackor Sword Art Online
But are there any good TTRPG systems that can actually capture the feel for an MMO? Specifically things like hate/threat, classes and abilities, etc.

For the record, hate damage is not reduced by armor. Important to note and I don't remember how prominent it was stated. I just remember a player bringing it up after reading the rules while I was confused at why the Guardian took no damage from ANYTHING.

I hate .rar files becausemy only computer is my dad's shitty old mac, and .rar files aren't compatible with macs unless you have special software.
