From what I can remember, there's the three major gangs, the Azn Bad Boys, the Empire 88, and the Merchants. There's Coil, a supervillain with a bunch of mooks. And there's the PRT/Protectorate(Not sure if they count as the same thing).

Are the local gangs in Brockton Bay. There's also the Undersiders, who are initially funded by Coil, who is associated with Cauldron. Only the ABB remotely matters on a larger scale, because their capes are hot shit.
There's also the Parahuman Response Team, essentially cops for metahuman affairs. They are very important except for their very close association with the Protectorate, who are all U.S. government capes. They're headed by the Triumvirate, strongest capes in the world, who are also a part of Cauldron, an evil conspiracy out to avert the apocalypse at any cost.
I forget most of the other groups. There's some big European nazi gang (Gesselcraft?). Maybe a mafioso type gang? There's also, IIRC, a sentai style Japanese group formerly associated with their gov. The Chinese have an enslaved hivemind of capes who can share their powers (in a diminished capacity) with everyone inside it. There's also the Toybox, a Canadian-based confederation of Tinkers (think Iron Man types, super engineers with their own specialty), the Slaughterhouse Nine (a roving band of mass murderers), and a few other, small groups. Africa's full of super-powered warlords, and there are huge areas that are off-limits just because one mother fucker who lives there is too dangerous.
Oh yeah, and the Birdcage. It's a super prison that's supposed to be inescapable.

Thanks to luck, skill, and a few well-placed connections I ended up with the command as my first commission. Someone in the naval department apparently had the idea to keep the new ideas out of the hands of older, more entrenched captains. I'm very happy with my hand-picked crew. Edward might have been a better first mate choice, but Isabella seems to be a capable replacement and there's no way I could turn down a spicy senorita like her. The fact that she shares my bunk hardly seems worth mentioning in addition to the highly contentious decision to bring her on board in the first place. She's proven her worth to the crew but the bureaucrats and higher officials in the navy are not happy about it.

As is, if the player just chooses to remain in human form the majority of the time, it really has little to no bearing on them which dragon or which color they pick since there is no influence by either of these options on their human forms and lives.
Personally I'd like to see it where there is influence based on both of those choices.

Well all 'Cape' type powers have origins, definitions, limitations, etc. These can and likely will be sold by the commercialists, whose job remains to be the supply of their fellow Travellers. Already we have Doctor strange, Captain America, Punisher, Minty green deadpool and Daredevil type builds as a possibility, this can be expanded into others. Eduardo has ideal traits for a first mate: tactical officer, knows the right people, and a gentlemanly good-ol'-boy, but I'll have to watch him. Kaarina helps my standing in the merchant community, and also in bed (sorry, Sarah, just not into tavern wenches). Apis is loyal and will muscle out the expected loot bum-rushing and keep the goods well-hidden from port inspectors. Victor is like a spergy navigator savant, I'll leave it to him and his train schedules. Diego's gunnery'll have to be pointed in Sarah's direction, to satisfy both. Angus'll jury-rig the ship with little time or resources to spare. And a crack crew of sailors and fighters to boot.

For a mass grab, I don't currently have a solution, and GDrive alone doesn't help.
I could easily miss some deleted CYOA, as I don't look at archives for every thread. Generally speaking though, OC that gets deleted causes ruckus in the thread, suggesting a look for archives. As for quality/everything, I tend towards everything. There are certainly some joke CYOAs in there. I would rather give the reader the choice of skipping something rather than being the arbiter that said "you have no need for that."

Mmm, I was thinking more along the lines of color color's are your hair color, or a dominant color of your clothing/style (compulsive stuff) while the material colors like skeletal, mechanical and crystal have something to do with your skin. (skeletal has a very jaunt appearance in human form for instance) As for the dragons I was figuring each form has a characteristic bleed over from their dragon form to their human form. Noble (upper class?) personalities on Shenlong and Tienlong, Behemoth and Levitation larger more imposing human then average, multiple heads on the hydra (two I guess, three at most, any more would be pushing it). Those were the only dragon forms that initially stood out to me at least. Now I know some of that might make you an unusual human but some of those could come in handy for some of the Immortalities.

Has higher requirements to maintain Immortality (+1 in the size department)
Breath attack is not as flashy as fire or ice, and does not have as many applications.
Tend to be more energetic, as such they don't need to sleep and can not take the hibernation option.
This trait is shown in the human form as well.

Same as the old one, I always end up picking Dragonborn because it's the only one I can use while still fitting in with humans as needed. The other options are only good if you want to never go human again. The month-long cooldown means you are stuck human with no powers for the entire month, or stuck dragon unable to really interact with the human world.
Also dragonborn are the easiest to maintain immortality in the older version. Hunger in particular, eating 3 times as much as a normal human is basically just econo-sized or buffet food, both are totally manageable without any sort of special powers to help.

The description of the 'Long powers are too vague. "Terraform the earth" and "see the future" are both potentially godtier or worthless. Take "terraform the earth" for example. Are we talking Avatar element bending? Populous godmode? X-men's Storm maybe? And how does it interact with your color? Can a dragon still terraform their opposite element?
The other options are all purely physical descriptions except for the Naga maybe, so if you're going to add innate magic be sure to make it clear what we're getting so it stays balanced.
