I've heard all of these pronunciations before as well as each combination of first name and last name combinations. Actually talking to people in person, they usually use the first version. The real issue seems to be with youtubers using wildly different versions. For example, VaultsOfTerra, Alfabusa and miniwargaming each use radically different pronunciations
