Depends on what pixies and fairies are in your setting. If you're going with the currently popular fairy courts idea, lots of wheeling and dealing, figuring out how to never lie while obfuscating the truth, and having a remarkably well-tuned sense of the balance of favors and debts.
If you're asking about the cute little tricksters, basically turn off your moral compass, decide what things are "expected", and pick one of those things every so often to subvert that expectation, preferably in an amusing way. Depending on your mood, you could follow each trick for hours, days, or weeks at a time, or you could simply follow a truck through to its resolution. Remember only to pull a trick on someone if your pixie would find it funny, until the funny people you're with are sad. Then you try to cheer them up with tricks you think they would find funny (although as a pixie, you wouldn't immediately understand what they'd find funny or what "boundaries" are).
If it's a character by itself, feel free to be as accidentally malicious as you want. As a member of a party, figure out a reason that you would understand that killing, maiming, and otherwise serious hurting are all off-limits, at least for the party. Never get rid of things you've stolen from them - just hide them, cause then no harm has been done. A fun twist would be that you have difficulty differentiating between friend and foe until you know someone well, so you usually won't hurt strangers, even when they're in direct combat. You'd have to fine tune that to have it be self consistent, but I think it would be fun.
