I would guess it's some kind of fungal monster or maybe a wolf zombie. It's somewhat hard to tell, seeing as you're only showing us THE BOTTOM OF THE FIGURINE.

The ones with oval bottoms should have manufacturer and year information on the bottom. Other than that, looks like Ral Partha.

I second Anon and say they look like Ral Partha minis, I'm not sure what they are worth but I actually came across some Ral Partha minis just recently and the guy wanted $5 per figure. So $20 for the lot seems pretty good.
