I bought a load of 40k as a kid and its all been hidden in a shoe box for about the last 10 years. Most of it is in bad condition but maybe its salvageable? Got a few lead figures (hero figures and the terminators)
Is it worth putting on ebay, or should I just give it away?
Appropriate glue can salvage anything if you try hard enough.
If you intend on playing 40k, keep it and fix it up.

I've also Got these Dwarves and a few other bits. I got them from my cousin over 10 years ago so they could be pushing 15-20 years old? All lead figures.

Personally I'd look it up on ebay and judge the prices from there.
I don't play 40k or WHFB either, so I don't know their price ranges, but ebay should give you a good estimate.

I recognise many of those dwarfs from some of the old citadel catalogues from the 80's which I have pored over in the past.
Oldhammer fans would kill for the amount you have. If you stripped them and took some nice photos you should be able to make bank on eBay or some forum.
Individual dwarfs from that era go for about £6-20.
