They already had a child back before he lost his shit and murdered half their clan in a blood rage, including her father-in-law.
Kid's not exactly doing great, as the clan's fallen on hard times and his mother isn't around very often anymore. Partly because she's busy reviving the reputation of her clan's warriors by taking high-risk jobs, and partly because he reminds her of his father now that he's grown up a bit. So she's stopped his training in the clan's combat techniques and keeps foisting him off on grandma for weeks or even months at a time.

Well considering everyone is extremely racist against androids we would probably have to hide the fact that the kid is some kind of 1/2 android, 1/4 human, 1/4 elf abomination.
The kid will be screwed with probably constantly hearing the voices of ancient space evil trying to possess his body.
The good news is they would inherit part of the crashed space ship we are salvaging.
We are using their terraforming technology to grow a giant greenhouse in a barren wasteland, and are using the star ship's engine as a giant forge to create space metal.
Of course if the kid does get possessed and takes over all the industry we have set up hopefully he will at least fuck up the Technic league first cause fuck those guys.

So a abberation-hating haunted wizard has spawned a child with the settings most powerful lich. If the kid's in my care, my character would finally snap as he'd murder the child for the good of the world - likely to commit sudoko thereafter. If the kid's in the lich's care, he'd do what he can to fight his way to said child, if only to stop the lich, but that would likely lead to the lich's escapement.
