Savage Worlds + Deadlands Reloaded, remove weird supernatural stuff if that's not your bag, enjoy
Alternately there's Boot Hill if you want to get really old-school I guess

The best you're really gonna get is Deadlands as far as actual systems go.

GURPS 4e with the High-Tech and Gun Fu books would also work pretty well. I'm not sure how to convert GURPS books from one edition to the other but there was an older edition Western book that would also help.
