Yes as long as you don't use it to powerplay.

We were assaulted on the surface, we killed as many as we could and held our ground for as long as we could... when my men were starting to get overrun I ordered a retreat to a secondary line...
They were waiting for us there, they knew the terrain better than us, when my men regroupped we were whipped out before we could even know what was going on...
The explosions and the debris blocked our escape route... our only alternative out of that hellhole was through the sewers... I know I had to hold the line but I couldn't let my men die, I decided that it was better to have them live to fight for another day.
But they followed. We were pushed against the walls on the sewers in a dead end... after a few battles we trenched ourselves here, until they suddenly started to become unorganized... then we broke them.
We've been here ever since, I can't just leave the wounded to die here, I know how it feels to die cold and alone.
