Looking for a WH40K P&P System do pull off the following with:
I want to have the party stat out on a medieval planet where they quest for a bit before it turns out the planets systems are run by Alpha Legion recruitment and the party is chosen to join the Alpha Legion as Cultists.
I believe the game where you do this is called Black Crusade.
I just dont want them to notice too early that we are not playing loyalists this time. Does that work in BC?
No idea, I wouldn't touch any of those games with a ten foot pole.

Rogue Trader and Dark Heresy all have rules for that sort of thing.
