Yep, that's Mike Mignola. One of my favourite comic artists, shame he'll never do anything as good as Hellboy ever again. Screw-On Head is fantastic, too, I really wish it had got picked up as a series.

Hellboy's officially coming to an end with Hellboy in Hell's last issue. It's a shame, but 20 years on a project can get boring, I understand that. I think Hellboy and the BPRD is still going ahead, but Mignola's other stuff just never seemed to capture what Hellboy had. Conqueror Worm is still my favourite thing Mignola did, it has everything.
