I use mostly stuff that makes soldiers look better than with the mad max rejects the new DLC has them looking like. I used to use the mods to have my guys look like they were in Kevlar armor throughout the game, but those mods don't work anymore.

Yeah, the new DLC only has a few good things. I do like the new arm system (standard kevlar torso plus ammo gauntlets and shoulder pauldrons looks pretty decent actually) but almost all of the helmets are fucking terrible.
You can build a Samurai ranger now though, which is pretty neat.
