I don't care what the card is or what it does, but I want a card that depicts Sorin and Nahiri in a sword fight. Preferably one of those stereotypical "sword locked, face to face, grit teeth" sort of poses. Bonus points if either something in the background is exploding or some angels are murdering something or getting murdered.
That would mean that someone had a case of being in another person's way.

I'm still of the opinion that Nahiri's the secondary troublemaker. The sudden surge of cults, of Lovecraftian influences and other things, it can't just be because of Nahiri. Whether she did it willingly or unknowingly, her actions have to have somehow led to the return of some ancient horror.

Also, you still haven't refuted the biological mutations and anomalies in SoI that Nahiri has no domain over. That's still my main argument. I couldn't care less if Nahiri made the stones or not but there's still probably some other antagonistic force lurking on Innistrad.

I think the core of the argument came from your initial wording: Nahiri is pretty definitely the "primary antagonist." She may not be the ultimate threat, however. She's pretty clearly intentionally creating or manipulating the cryptoliths (and we can likely assume she's making them, since it would have been weid to not mention the mana-perverting stones all around Innistrad the first time we came) to fuck shit up.

They both are different aspects of black, like how Garruk was the Beast side of Green and Nissa is the Ramp/Support side.
Liliana has always been focused around the graveyard aspect of black, Ob Nixilis is clearly centered around destruction which to be honest was what Black always needed in a Planeswalker. Every single one of his abilities kills, whether he's killing you or the opponent. It's straightforward and doesn't require specific deck types like most Liliana cards have.

We need more cards like Mayor and Duskwatch Recruiter. Solid value with big bodies when they flip and with Recruiter you can always spend your mana is a great way that isn't casting a dude on your turn. This also puts a lot of pressure on your opponent by making freak out a little because they could just fucking die if they don't cast two spells. It makes your opponent have to play weird as fuck but when they do you can just vial in Immerwolf. More cards like Mayor would make the deck a lot like Merfolk but with higher power.
It has a lot of potential if they would just print werewolf cards that are good, but it looks like we're just gonna get more of this trash

Your right in it's straight forward, but you're forgetting two things about the situation: one is that we found out about Nahiri's presence on Innistraf WAY before we should have, we knew about her before we even had a mystery object of suspicion, the story was already ruined in a sense.
And two: Wizard's new formula of story-telling is horrendous, rather than tell the entire tale of one set before the cards are released, they tell the story at a molasses pace of once a week as they don't even bother to attempt to hide story spoiler cards and ruin any surprise. No matter what kind of mystery there is, even if it wasn't somehow Nahiri, we would already know that too, because Wizards just doesn't care enough.
