No, even Space Marines and Primarchs need some atmosphere to breath.
Space Marines can secrete a compound that "seals" their body to a vacuum, but it isn't permanent, and they still have to hold their breath (which they can admittedly do for a long time).
Primarchs are the same, but can do so longer and require less atmosphere than Marines. RG was only able to survive in space and keep fighting because the sheer size of his ship and the damage to it created a very, very thin atmosphere around it, which would have killed humans and been largely unbreathable by Marines. In an actual vacuum, he'd have been dead.
