Yep. Read all the ADB Chaos books, which were pretty great, and Storm of Iron, which was alright. Now just looking for more books about CSM.
Oh, was also looking at this I guess.
I haven't read it yet but I recommend the Ahriman series and "Talon of Horus" if you want your Chaos fix.

For what it's worth the "white books" like the Gildar Rift down there are pretty mediocre on average. I read a few including the Iron Warriors one and they're "weak," to put it out there.
(Qualifying weak as uninvolving and not very original. Read once and forgot about stuff as is sadly average for BL.)
AFAIK you are a bit shit out of luck.
Angel Exterminatus is HH and pretty good, but not 100% modern Chaos.
The first Ultramarines trilogy has plenty of Chaos stuff, but not from their perspective.

I tried but I couldn't finish the first even. Mind you, this was at the tail end of my interest in Black Library books so people that can still enjoy them may have differing opinions.
I read the first Ahriman book a while back and the second just recently. I was kinda lost as to what was going on in points, mainly based on not remembering supporting characters from the first, but I guess it was pretty Tzeentchy.

It's okay, not particularly good, not particularly terrible either though. If you want some good Word Bearers though, I would highly recommend The First Heretic.

It's decent old CSM stuff. Nothing spectacular but enjoyable pulp fiction.
Siege of Catellax is also pretty nice.
Also you must read Lord of the Night.
