Industry Report Q4 2015
5e stronk.
>>44672184
>Every edition of D&D separate
>Every Star Wars separate RPG lumped into one
>All Warhammer lumped into one
>>44672893
Don't forget some games not even getting their own category and being lumped together with every other product made by the same company.
>>44672893
Don't forget
>"Other Games"
>'Fallout'
>GURPS more popular than Munchkin
>All board games combined less popular than Maid RPG
>All card games combined less popular than Pendragon (when was that last in print?)
>>44673164
That's because these numbers are from Roll20, which is almost entirely used to play RPGs.
>Le Donjon de Naheulbeuk
I've never heard of that, I wonder what it is?
...
>It isn't even a game.
>>44672369
Still better than Pathfinder.
>>44673892
Try running a tier 3 or DSP material only game.

Why the split between 3.5 and Pathfinder?
5E is the new hotness, I'm not surprised to see it so strongly represented. I'm far more surprised that AD&D is as strong as it is. It's like what, just a bit under half as many games as 4E?
Also, muh Earthdawn ;_;
>>44678217
I'm willing to bet most of that AD&D is 2nd edition. A lot of people who didn't like 3.X simply stuck with 2nd, and it actually gets a surprising number of new players still.
>>44673892
no pathfinder is better then 5e and 3e is better then pathfinder
5e is the worst d&d edition ever.
>>44676671
because there completely different fucking games
>>44676671
Tuh-may-toe
Toh-mah-toh
They're clearly, obviously not the same.
I'd say source material copyrights.
>>44678692
>5e is my least favorite edition ever.
FTFY

>RQ
I'm one of the 43 games once again! Roll20 actually has emojis fans to get players.
>>44676671
I'm 99% sure this is collected from the character sheets used in the campaigns.
