My paladin is confused as to where they're going with this. Goblins are shits but not evil. Which implies that either the common ancestor was not evil or goblins have collectively changed their alignment for the better.
Either way nothing has changed.
Unless he's supposed to slay all tieflings too, he just goes about his business, slightly concerned about this new church.
