Warhammer Fantasy is also pretty low-key when it comes to the magic and spellslinging on average.

That's a Ravenwing Librarian, look at the markings. It's not even the right colors for the Alfa Legion- I should know, I'm part of the group and their colors are light grey, not black.
Also Space Marines do count as old badasses. Their faces seem to freeze at around age fifty or so, although they are more or less biologically immortal.

Oh come on - it's a recolor of a Dark Angel fan character called Samson or something, I remember seeing it. He's not even Ravenwing, he's a green marine, some other Company Master. Blue and grey are Alfa Legion colors.
That is totally light grey - not the proper shade of Grey for the Alfa Legion, but definitely nowhere near black. And the pauldrons, hands, backpack, and gun are light blue, which gives the whole thing away.
I just don't think an Alfa Legionnaire, let alone a Space Marine, is an old badass. You said it yourself, they're biologically immortal - that's in effect cheating, taking away from the spirit of the badass old warrior.
Any small-sized eidolon with hands, legs and wings?
