It just needs some relics, warlord traits and formations. I'll start with a relic
Brass Knuckles of Facecrushery: These weapons resemble a pair of stripped down powerfists. While not being as fuckhuge as normal powerfists, they still hit like a pissed-off mule on steroids, but the lack of a power field means that the wielder may still utilize their hands for carrying additional implements of nut-crushing destruction.
The Brass Knuckles of Facecrushery add +3 to the user's strength and +1 to attacks. If the user has two other non-power melee weapons, they still get the +1 to attack in addition to the bonus granted by the Brass Knuckles of Facecrushery. Any roll of a 6 to his with this weapon has the Bitchslap special rule.
Bitchslap: All attacks with this rule have the concussive and rending abilities.

Another relic:
F-Bombs: The F-Bomb is a weapon of last resort, even if it is the first weapon unleashed by an Angry marine as it requires the death of the wielder. It is a surgically implanted vortex grenade placed near the brother's hate-filled heart that is primed to go off once he bites the dust as a final FUCK YOU to whatever the fuck he was punching when his body decides to be a bitch and dies.
When a model equipped with this item is removed as a casualty, place a small blast template over them before removing the model. All models under it (friendly models included) suffer a strength D hit. After hits are resolved, remove the model as normal
Relic: CHALICE OF DELICIOUS TEARS
Unit gains preferred enemy (Tau) and a re-rollable 2+ invulnerable save against Overwatch and any attacks made by spending Markerlight tokens.
