Fetches are really strong in legacy. You can get duals with em.
The shuffle is the most important thing. Take into account the common brainstorm play.
End of turn, i'm gonna brainstorm. Draw three, put my 2 dead cards back on top. Then crack a fetch. You basically get to see three new cards.
Also sensi's divining top, which reads 1- look at the top three, put them back in any order. In miracles, you can keep topping and fetching to set up a counterbalance.

I play DnT, so what do I know about brainstorms. Other than that paying 2 for the effect can lose games.
