If they know you're after them, and can't get the drop on them (preferably at extreme range) you're fucked, OP.
Your party also doesn't know they need to gank Homura first, so you're fucked anyways. And even if you DO drop her, mounting levels of despair will result in at least one Greater Daemon after you, so unless you so happen to have the Grey Knights on speed-dial, you're fucked anyways.
