I've seen the neckbeard gathering at my uni and, not only is it out of my way, but its pretty cringe. There's this one fat neckbeard who is dressed completely head to toe in Naruto paraphernalia, including headband, shirts, buttons, and even sometimes the hat. I've done everything I can to avoid talking to him, or even making eye contact.
Plus, I live 30 minutes away, and I am about to get a part-time volunteer job working for one of the professors in the Wildlife Bio department. So really I'm kinda stuck unable to play at all.

Translation is actually hard, some things are better not translated at all, some can be translated normally, some are better replaced by a totally different word that convey the same feeling rather than the strict meaning...
Not to mention that foreign words will sound and feel differently in other languages.
For example, as a French I actually like the sound of Hellbrute, which I've seen mocked by native English speakers. While the name it was given in the French version "MetaBrutus" sound absolutely ridiculous, and not really much French actually. It sounds like the name a goofy cartoon villain would give to his aggressive bulldog. But maybe it's what Hellbrute sounds to English and the translation actually convey correctly the goofiness of the name? I don't know.
