They wouldn't make aspect warriors in plastic, so I made them all in paper. The bases are the same as official 40k minis and the models are just as tall, though the proportions are altered to fit the blocky "chibi" style

Card stock is pretty much required for papercraft. If you want them to last longer, just clearcoat them with puzzle sealer once you've built them. Even without that, models can last a long time provided you treat them with the same care as plastic models.

You can also pay to have them printed in a print shop with a color laser printer. Laser printing laminates the sheet with toner, though you have to contend with cracking in the print on folds unless you score every fold line with a hobby knife. Then you have white edges showing, so you have to carefully fill them in with colored markers. Sounds more tedious than it is. Scoring your fold lines makes assembling quicker as you don't have to work as hard getting your creases perfectly straight.
