Radian/tg/entlemen, I have *known*, that I possess almost no pictures of pugilistic weapons. Be it caesti, metal knuckles, armoured gloves, please post what you have!
Punch daggers and katars are also welcome, if anyone wanted to dump his pictures of these as well.

Some might break or fall out every now and then depending on how you've attached them I guess, but better that than a club that never has them.
And a lot of people have made do with flint and obsidian blades, which I suspect aren't any less fragile than teeth.

The point, like obsidian, is that when they break against the lightly armored warriors they were used against they leave fragments in their flesh.

I think another point is that we don't tend to see these in cultures with significant metalworking, so they simply make do.

the balls have another metal ball in them, essentially making them bells. Primarily ceremonial but the premise is the same as a dead blow hammer

so when you have this like its show in the pic, and then you unfold it, you are pointing a gun at yourself?

I assume the idea is to not have your fingers through the holes when you (try to) use it as a gun, but to grab around the entire piece instead. Would seem to make for some unorthodox trigger work otherwise.
