Well, it's hard to replicate a semi-automatic rocket launcher at lower CR. The cyberdemon is basically a short/mid range siege weapon / brute.

Awkward Shooter: The Spider Mastermind has its weapon inside it's torso. Combined with it's great size, it makes cover especially frustrating. It always pick the square from which the target gets the best cover bonus, and if the target has any cover, it's bonus is increased by +2.
