Does it bother anyone else that the opposite of holy weapons is "unholy" weapons? Unholy just means non-holy, as in regular. That got me thinking, I want to use another word to describe them in my campaign, but I can't quite decide, so I thought I might get your opinions.

I feel ultimately though the distinction is regardless. Generally the only people who don't immediately conflate "holy" with a power intended to be Good and who feel the need to remind people of its literal definition are the same people who feel the need to tell everyone how big of a bastard God is.
Most people generally perceive "holy" to be indicative of something good and sanctified since most people are exposed to it in the context of a religious service, where it's always used to describe something relating to God and therefore, by extension, Good.

This line of thought may have unintended consequences.
Base as an adjective is the term used quite often in old religious texts.
