I don't think this would be possible given just one day. The traditional games market as a whole doesn't even make the one billion mark yearly, from what I could find. So putting that much money into raw product would be impossible because the supply just wouldn't be there. And if you were going to do anything else, like buying a company or buying massive amounts of product off resellers, well, that would take longer than a day.
